How to Delete Your Account in the App

• Open CALCETTO and sign in to your account.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll to “Delete account”.
• Confirm the deletion request.
• Deletion is permanent. After confirmation, the user is signed out and the account cannot be recovered.

Request via Web

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by writing to calcetto@alfieridesign.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “CALCETTO account deletion”. To protect the account, reasonable identity verification may be requested.

Data Deleted or Anonymized

• user profile and account, including avatar;
• group membership and administrative roles;
• push registrations, delivery queues and revocations associated with the user;
• call-ups and participation records attributable to the user;
• RSVP responses and references to the user in teams;
• goals, assists, clean sheets and MVP votes attributable to the user;
• references to the user in lineup constraints and match metadata;
• in the “Recent Activity” feed, references to the user are anonymized if the group continues to exist;
• if a group has no other real members, the group, its matches, guests and related activity history are deleted;
• deletion of the RevenueCat customer record associated with the account's internal identifier is queued, with technical retries in the event of temporary service unavailability.

Data That May Be Retained

Only data that the law requires us to retain may be kept and, for a limited technical period, any copies present in snapshots, backups or logs of infrastructure providers. CALCETTO does not maintain a separate application backup archive in its code; any infrastructure copies follow the applicable plan/provider retention cycles and are not used for normal operation of the service.

Important: Apple Subscription

Deleting the CALCETTO account does not automatically cancel or terminate a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. If you have an active CALCETTO PRO subscription and do not want further renewals, manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the CALCETTO/RevenueCat record is not equivalent to cancelling the subscription agreement with Apple.

Any transaction data that Apple is required to retain remains subject to Apple's policies and legal obligations.
