Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Service Provider

2. Scope of the Service
CALCETTO allows users to create and manage playing groups, organize matches, invite players, collect availability, generate or enter lineups, record results, statistics and awards, view recent group activity and search for pitches. Some features are reserved for CALCETTO PRO.
3. Age and Account Requirements
Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Users must provide accurate information and keep their credentials confidential.
The account is personal and may not be transferred without authorization.
The user is responsible for activities carried out through their account, except for unauthorized use not attributable to the user.
4. Groups, Administrators and Guests
Groups may have one or more administrators/organizers who are assigned operational functions such as call-ups, member management, result entry, technical ratings and team configuration. Administrators may create “guest” profiles for players who do not have an account. Guest profiles must contain only necessary and appropriate data and must be created with the consent of the relevant player where required by law.
5. User Content and Conduct
Users may enter data and content visible to other members of their group, such as name, nickname, avatar, descriptions, match notes and group information. It is prohibited to use CALCETTO to:
publish unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene content or content that infringes the rights of others;
harass, impersonate or defame other users;
disclose third-party personal data without a lawful basis;
upload images or content for which the necessary rights are not held;
attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or circumvent technical or commercial restrictions.
Reports concerning content or conduct may be sent to calcetto@alfieridesign.com. CALCETTO may remove content or suspend accounts where necessary for security, compliance or user protection.
6. Sports Data, Activity Feed and Results
Results, statistics, ratings, rankings, lineups, activity feed and awards are provided for organizational and recreational purposes. They may depend on data entered by users or administrators and do not constitute official statistics of federations, sports clubs or third parties.
7. Pitch Search and Third-Party Services
The Find a Pitch feature uses data from Google Places/Maps Platform. Availability, prices, opening hours, distance and other information may be incomplete or outdated. Users should verify information directly with the sports facility before booking or travelling to the venue.
8. CALCETTO FREE, Internal Trial and CALCETTO PRO
CALCETTO offers free features and may make PRO features available. The application logic provides 1 free PRO match that can be used within a 7-day window for each group. This trial is an internal app feature: it is not an App Store free trial, it does not require a payment method, and it does not automatically create a renewal or charge.
When an organizer/administrator has a valid PRO subscription, the group may obtain access to PRO features according to the app logic. A regular member's subscription does not automatically make the group PRO.
9. CALCETTO PRO Subscriptions on iOS
On iOS, CALCETTO PRO is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store, with monthly and annual plans. The base prices configured for Italy as of this version are EUR 3.99 per month and EUR 29.99 per year. The actual price, currency, applicable taxes and any changes are those shown by Apple during the purchase flow and prevail over any indicative price shown elsewhere.
Monthly plan: renews every 1 month.
Annual plan: renews every 1 year.
Payment is processed by Apple through the user's Apple account.
The subscription renews automatically according to the terms shown by Apple until renewal is turned off in the Apple account settings.
The app displays localized prices received from the App Store and supports restoring purchases.
RevenueCat is used as technical infrastructure to verify subscription status and synchronize activation, renewals, cancellations, expirations, refunds and restores with the CALCETTO backend.
Turning off renewal does not immediately terminate access: CALCETTO PRO remains available until the end of the already-paid period, unless a revocation or refund causes earlier termination according to the status communicated by the store.
If the same Apple purchase is restored using a different CALCETTO account, PRO access may be transferred to the new account in order to prevent one purchase from being active simultaneously on multiple CALCETTO accounts. The backend re-verifies both accounts involved.
10. Management, Cancellation and Refunds
Users can manage or cancel renewal through their Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled according to Apple's tools and rules and applicable law. CALCETTO does not directly process full payment card details.
Deleting the CALCETTO account does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription. If the user does not want further renewals, the subscription must be cancelled separately through Apple.
11. Availability and Changes to the Service
CALCETTO may be updated, modified or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security, technical evolution or circumstances beyond the provider's control. Reasonable measures will be taken to keep the service available, without guaranteeing absolute continuity. Infrastructure with automatic suspension may experience longer reactivation times after periods of inactivity.
12. Intellectual Property
CALCETTO trademarks, graphics, software, texts and original materials belong to the provider or their respective licensors. These Terms grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect information entered by users, unavailability of sports facilities, interruptions of third-party services or use of the app contrary to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Suspension and Termination
The provider may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of serious violations, abuse, fraud, security risks or legal obligations, subject to applicable rights. Users may delete their account at any time from the app.
15. Governing Law and Consumers
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer users, mandatory consumer-protection rules and the competent forum provided for by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
