For technical issues, account questions, groups, matches, privacy or CALCETTO PRO, write to calcetto@alfieridesign.com. In your message, include the device model, operating system version, app version and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, API keys or payment information.

Apple Purchases and Subscriptions

CALCETTO PRO purchases on iOS are processed by the Apple App Store. CALCETTO can help verify the technical status of PRO access, but does not receive or manage full payment card details.

If you have already purchased CALCETTO PRO but access is not active, use “Restore purchases” on the PRO screen.

To turn off renewal or change the subscription, use “Manage subscription” in the app or your Apple account settings.

For refund requests relating to an App Store purchase, use Apple's support tools.

Deleting the CALCETTO account does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription.
